Why can’t VideoPlus detect a video?
Some websites load media only after playback starts or use formats and protections that VideoPlus cannot access. Try playing the video, reloading the page, and reopening the extension. Compatibility varies by website and browser, and DRM-protected media is not supported.How to upgrade my plan?

Can VideoPlus download HLS and DASH streams?
VideoPlus can detect and download many unprotected HLS (m3u8) and DASH (mpd) streams. It can also merge separate video and audio tracks when the source, format, and browser are supported. DRM-protected streams are not supported.Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply visit My Orders, click on "Sign In" to generate a temporary authorization link. The link will be sent to your email, and you can use it to easily proceed with canceling your subscription.
