Affiliate Program Terms

The following terms apply to participation in our affiliate program:

1. Eligibility

To participate in the VideoPlus.app Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid PayPal account or bank account for payments
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media presence
  • Be in good standing with VideoPlus.app
  • Not be located in a sanctioned country or region

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Base Commission Rate: You will earn 25% commission on all successful referrals, including initial purchases and subsequent subscription renewals.

2.2 Processing Fee: A 2% processing fee will be deducted from each referral commission.

2.3 Payment Terms: Payments are made twice per month when your earned commission balance reaches the minimum threshold of $30.

3. Cookie Policy

Our affiliate tracking cookies have a 30-day duration. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within this period, you will receive the commission.

4. Marketing Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Only use approved marketing materials and affiliate links
  • Not engage in spam or unsolicited promotional activities
  • Not make false or misleading claims about our products or services
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with us
  • Not bid on our brand terms in paid search campaigns

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails
  • Using misleading or deceptive marketing practices
  • Creating fake accounts or transactions
  • Infringing on our intellectual property rights
  • Using our brand name in domain names or social media handles

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • You must cease using all affiliate links and materials
  • Any pending commissions below the payment threshold may be forfeited
  • You may not be eligible to rejoin the program

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these affiliate terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Tax Obligations

Affiliates are responsible for all tax obligations related to their affiliate earnings. We will provide necessary tax documentation where required by law, but you are responsible for properly reporting and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

9. Confidentiality

As an affiliate, you may receive confidential information about our products, services, or marketing strategies. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and use it only for the purposes of the affiliate program.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this affiliate agreement will be resolved through:

  • Initial good faith discussion between parties
  • Mediation if necessary
  • Binding arbitration as a last resort

11. Performance Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor affiliate performance and activity to ensure compliance with these terms. This includes tracking click patterns, conversion rates, and other metrics to detect potential fraud or abuse.

12. Commission Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days notice. Additionally, commissions may be withheld or forfeited for:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Violation of these terms
  • Refunded purchases
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions
